We have a huge inventory on hand and almost always can ship your order immediately, no matter what your order includes (whether it is Leupold or Swarovski rangefinder). We do not add a surcharge for the use of a credit card as some companies do. Such practice violates bank policy and our idea of a fair and straight forward deal! If you encounter a company with such a policy, we strongly encourage you to report such instances to your credit card company.

We are a large authorized stocking dealer for Leica, Swarovski, Kahles, Leupold, Nikon, Meopta, Trijicon, Schmidt & Bender, Steiner, Zeiss, Minox, Pentax, Kowa, Nightforce, etc, etc. We therefore stock a very large selection of optics that are ready for immediate shipment. At last count our inventory of premium brand optics was in excess of 1000 optics!! It is our policy to offer our customers only products that carry full USA warranties. Therefore we do not deal in gray market goods.
It is our policy NOT to offer gray market goods of any type. Typically leaves the consumer with very little if any warranty protection. Swarovski Optik for example will ONLY warranty items purchased from an Authorized Swarovski North America dealer. Zeiss, Leica and many of the other high end optics companies have similar policies. This is significant because if your optic breaks and it was purchased from a gray market dealer, then what you have is a very expensive paperweight. Therefore, we donot carry any gray market goods because we want our customers to have the full warranty protection you deserve for your premium optic investment.

We ship all orders immediately!! Until otherwise noted, all orders of over $250 and in the lower 48 states will be shipped free of charge via UPS ground service. Express shipping promotions apply to the continental USA only. Delivery times on Express shipping range from 2 to 4 business days with a substantial portion of shipments being delivered within 2 days.

LAY-AWAY-PLAN
We now offer a 90 day lay-away-plan. You will be billed 3 times over a 90 day period. On the 91st day, your order will be shipped. Lay away plan sales are final. Our lay-away-plan does not apply to items on sale or special. A 15% restocking fee will apply top cancelled Lay-away items.
Our specials typically represent substantial savings to our customers. We do not apply additional discounts to our specials. The price for specials listed in our catalog are limited to stock on hand. Once we are sold out on a given special(s), prices will be changed on our site to the original price. Enjoy the savings!
All orders under $150 dollars will be assessed a handling charge of $1.95 to pull & pack your order. All orders over $150 dollars but under $500 dollars will be assessed $2.95. Orders between $500 dollars and $1000 dollars will be assessed a handling charge of $3.95. Orders in excess of $1000 dollars will be assessed a handling charge of $4.95
Ask about our package deals on orders of four optics or more and on select items. We do not discount our Specials.
For the Holiday Season and beyond we will now be offer gift certificates in the amounts of $100, $250, $500, $1000 and any combination of these amounts. There is a minimum purchase of $100 dollars on any gift certificate and any remaining balance will be retained as a credit against future purchases.
Due to the cost associated with international orders we accept very few international orders. Please email us or contact us directly before submitting ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER. In order to conform to US export rules and regulations, please email us at Info@BearBasin.com prior to submitting your international order so that we can verify that we can ship to your country and it is an item that can be exported under US export rules and regulations. We encourage our international customers to submit their order via FAX. Send us an E-mail note to confirm stock and then FAX the order in. We DO NOT ship most items outside the USA such as Holosights, most riflescopes, Nightforce products, Red Dot sights, Night Vision equipment, Trijicon, IOR, Leica, Zeiss, Swarovski, Leupold, Meopta, Kahles products, CQT scopes and several other lines. We are able to tell instantly where your package is in transit but can only do so electronically. Our policy is to stock every item we advertise. However, there are times we can't keep up with the demand for products we carry. We'll let you know what our stock availability is when you phone to place an order.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the products we carry. On returns/exchanges we will refund the cost of the item returned less our shipping, handling and order processing costs. It is necessary to get an authorization number before returning an item. It helps us keep track of your incoming package. Returns made after 15 days will be subject to a restocking fee. Special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original condition (i.e., scopes cannot be mounted) and include all original documentation. Sales on exchange items are final. No exchanges or returns after 30 days.
We are unique in the industry in that most of our customers' orders are shipped free of charge and often with promotional items such as lens pens, shooting hats, mounts, tripods, etc, etc. These promotional goods are our way of saying "Thank You". In the rare instance that a lower price is found out there, we reserve the right to factor in the cost of these promotional items (shipping, promotional items, etc). Therefore for a valid price match, we must know our competitors total price which includes our competitors shipping and handling charges and any additional charges including but not limited to costs for promotional items. Items requiring repair or warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Although we have a first class tech team, we do not do repairs under warranty.
